How to shop at Deto Seats?
Use the link ‘Toilet Seats‘ to find the items you are looking for.
Once you’ve found the right item, click on the button ‘Add to Basket’. You will now see an overview of your basket, if your happy with the selected item(s) and delivery method you can continue and complete your purchase by clicking on ‘Checkout’.
Fill in the necessary fields and choose the desired delivery and payment method. If you have purchased an item before and registered an account just fill in the login details. You can now easily complete your purchase without having to enter all the information again.
Do I need an account to shop at Deto Seats?
You’re free to choose whether you would like to order your item with or without an account. With an account you can go threw the order process more easily the second time, you can add different addresses, view your orders, track them and more.
It’s also possible to complete your order without an account, your information will only be used for this purchase only.
You can create an account at Deto Seats trough My Account or by clicking on ‘Create an account?’ at the checkout page.
What payment methods can I use?
At Deto you can pay your order with:
– Visa - Overboeking per bank
– Bank transfer
For a quick delivery we advice you to use pay with paypal or creditcard. These orders will be processed right away. With bank transfer it takes a few days for us to receive the payment on our bank account.
The item I have been looking for has been soled out. Will it come back in stock?
It depends on the item whether it will come back in stock or not. If you would like to updated on this we advice you to check out or facebook page: Deto Seats. Here you can also do a request for item you are looking for.
Can I use a gift-card?
Unfortunately we do not (yet) sell gift-cards at the moment.
Can I change my order?
If the order has been completed, the purchased item can not be changed in your account. You can however always contact us at email@example.com or at our Contact Form and we will do our best to change your order if possible.
I forgot my password, what can I do?
I would like to change my account setting, how can I do this?
Will my information be safe at Deto Seats?
We take the protection of your account very serious and will assure that your information will be safe with us.
Your information will be checked for fraud by us and our payment provider. We’ll only use your information for processing your order or service related issues. Your information will not be provided to any other parties.
What are the delivery costs?
We offer a standard UK delivery for only £2.99. International delivery’s may vary depending on the country of destination.

How long will it take for my package to arrive?
Once we received your payment, It will take about 4-5 working days for the package to arrive at your location.
Keep in mind that during holidays the delivery may take a bit longer.
Can I send my package to a different address?
This is possible by filling in the ‘deliver to a different address’ form in the checkout.
Can I change my delivery address after the completion of the order process?
At Deto Seats we try to process and deliver your order as fast as possible. If you want to change your delivery address after you have finished your payment, please contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org. Send your order number and the desired address and we will try (if the package has not been send out yet) to change the address for your package.
How can I track my order?
Once you have registered an account at Deto Seats, you can track your order at: my account
When you have placed an order, you will also receive an email with a tracking code of your parcel.
To which country's does Deto Seats deliver packages?
At the moment we deliver to the following international country’s:
Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Hungary, Luxembourg, The Netherlands, Poland, Republic of Ireland and Switzerland.
If your country is not on this list, please contact us and we will try and see what we can do for you.
Returns & Refunds
How can I return my order?
Orders can be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery. You can return your package by sending an e-mail to: email@example.com with your full name and order number.
Items must be returned in new and unused condition, with the fitting material and original package included.
Due to the nature of our products once they have been used we cannot accept their return, therefore please ensure that you thoroughly inspect your goods before you use them. Returns that are damaged, filthy or incomplete will be send back to the customer.
We recommend you to insure your return delivery to make sure your package is covered for any damage or lost. You will be responsible for your return until we receive it. We also recommend you to keep your proof of delivery (ticket) in case of any problems.
Keep in mind that return costs are at the customers expense.
How to return your order
Download fill in the Return Form and add it to your return package. Make sure all the necessary details are filled in. Give us a clear reason for your return and tell us if you would like to receive a different item or a refund. Send all the items you wish to return in a single package to make sure that we can process your return as fast as possible.
The best way to send your return is with DPD Classis or TNT economy express. Our return address is:

Your return will be processed within 3 working days. Refunds will be processed automatically to your (bank)account. Keep in mind that it can take up to 10 working days before the refund is on your account.
What can I do when I received the wrong item?
Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will take care of a proper solution.
Can I get a full refund?
The total amount of your returned order will be returned to your (bank)account within 10 working days. Keep in mind that return costs are at the customers expense and Deto Seats will therefore not refund your return costs.
Do you repair any items?
If possible, Deto Seats will repair your item when damaged. We need you to send us a clear photo of the damage, along with a description of the damage to: email@example.com
What payment options can I use?
You can pay for your order with:
– Bank Transfer
For a quick delivery we advise you to use Paypal or Creditcard payment. With these payment options your order will be processed directly, where bank transfer can take up to 3 or 4 working days before the payment reaches our account.
Your privacy is very important to us, which is why we will never release your personal details to any company outside of the Deto Seats.
How long will it take for my package to arrive?
Once we’ve received your payment, your order will be delivered within 5 working days.
